STEP 1

Logging in and client information

If you haven't logged in you will be asked to log in. If you were already logged in, then you just continue to next step. If you are new customer, You will be asked to provide your information i.e. your Billing Address, please input YOUR contact information to enable Babawatoto get back with you if need be. For returning customers simply continue shopping.

STEP 2

Select the product(s)

Select the product(s) that you would like by clicking on the ITEM and add it to Cart. (Icon is on the right of the products).Once redirected to the 'PRODUCT LIST’, choose the face value of the product that you wish to buy. (The value of the product will be in Ksh with a corresponding dollar equivalent)

STEP 3

 Shopping cart and Shipping information

Follow the prompts in the shopping cart module that contains the product that you have selected. When asked for the "SHIP TO ADRESS",please provide the details (Name,Address,Telephone number) of the RECIPIENT in Kenya.It is set by default as your current address.PLEASE Make sure you change it by selecting 'ADD NEW ADDRESS' to provide us the information of the recipient in KENYA.

STEP 4

Order confirmation and Check out

When you reach the’ Confirm Order' stage, you will be routed to PAYPAL a secure payment platform. You can use your Visa card /MasterCard/Discover card also through the Pay Pal site.To pay by CREDIT/DEBIT Card you follow the PayPal prompts on the Left hand side of the PayPal site.

STEP 5

Receive order confirmation

Receive order confirmation -After you have placed an order we will send you an order number. Use this number to track the status of the order. Also, should you decide to pay for your order at a later time, you can re-activate your order, using this reference number. Our Nairobi office will then process the order and update you order as soon as it’s complete While processing your order we will keep you informed along the way with progress we make. Should any problems arise with your order e.g. we are unable to contact your recipient, we will get in touch with you immediately.
